Double-aged Nianchao: Selecting high-mountain Shoumei white tea, it undergoes over three years of natural aging, and is combined with five-year-old large red pepper from Guangdong Newhe. The tea enjoys the softness of sunlight, while the pepper embodies the richness of the south wind. The two aged products are combined, enhancing each other's qualities.
Compact Smart Fusion: Innovatively adopting the compacting process, the aged Shoumei tea and shredded aged pepper are blended in a golden ratio and compressed. The shape is regular, making it easy to access, and it is more conducive to the deep integration and synergistic transformation of the flavors of the two over time.
Flavor Evaluation
Aroma: The dry tea emits a fresh and spicy aroma of dried tangerine peel and a sweet aroma of white tea with dates; after pouring water, the citrus honey sweetness of the dried tangerine peel and the medicinal and hair aroma of the white tea intertwine and rise, creating a rich and lingering fragrance.
Tea Color: The tea soup is golden to orange-yellow, bright and clear, becoming increasingly orange-red and transparent as the number of infusions increases.

Brewing Suggestions
It is recommended to brew with boiling water at 95-100℃ to fully enhance the flavor of the tea. Place the compressed tea block in the pot first, then pour boiling water over it for 10 seconds to awaken the tea. For the first 5 infusions, drink immediately after brewing. For subsequent infusions, extend the brewing time by 5-10 seconds each time. You can also brew this tea in an earthenware pot, which will result in a more rich and sweet tea infusion.
