Silver sprout green dress, elegant and unparalleled
Key Features
Raw Material Essence: Select the first bud and one or two leaves that have just unfolded in the spring. The buds are plump and covered with fine white hairs, while the leaves are naturally unfolded, presenting the classic appearance of "green leaves embracing silver buds". This captures the freshness of the earliest growth in nature.
Traditional Craft: Inherit the core process of white tea, which does not involve roasting or rolling. Through natural sunlight withering and indoor slow drying, the original flavor and active components of the tea leaves are maximally preserved, resulting in its unique and pure elegance.
Flavor Evaluation
Aroma: The dried tea leaves are large and plump, with distinct tea buds. On first sniff, there is a fresh wildflower fragrance and sweet honey aroma. On further tasting, there is a delicate fragrance of tender bamboo and dried dates. The aroma is pure and lingering. After cooling the cup, there is a refreshing cold fragrance remaining.
Tea Color: The tea soup is clear and transparent, with white hairs floating in it. It is smooth and shiny like jade.
Taste: On the palate, it is fresh, sweet and smooth. The taste is sweet like a spring stream. The texture is soft and smooth, with the bud aroma blending into the tea soup, creating a unique "bud aroma honey fragrance". The aftertaste is quick and sweet, with a long-lasting and smooth throat sensation.
Infusion Suggestions
It is recommended to use hot water at 90-95℃, using either the "steam infusion method" or the "circulating water infusion method". For the first few infusions, quickly pour out the tea (about 5-10 seconds). For subsequent infusions, you can extend the time by 5-15 seconds each time. This tea is highly durable and can be brewed up to 10 times or more. Each infusion brings about subtle changes in aroma and taste.
Rare characteristics
The production period of high-quality white peony flowers is extremely short, mainly concentrated in the period around Qingming Festival, approximately half a month. It requires extremely high standards for weather and craftsmanship. When stored under suitable conditions, white peonies will undergo natural transformation over time, with their aroma gradually changing from fresh floral fragrance to rich chestnut fragrance and medicinal fragrance. The taste becomes increasingly smooth, and their collection value becomes significantly higher.
