Jasmine Tea · Ancient Method of Infusion The Essence of Flowers Enters the Bones
Core Highlights
Traditional Crafty Infusion: Following the ancient method of "the tea brings forth the fragrance of flowers, and the flowers enhance the flavor of the tea", through multiple infusions and flower extraction processes, the floral fragrance penetrates the tea core layer by layer, resulting in a fresh and intense aroma that penetrates deep into the soul.
Dual Fusion of Flower Tea: Selecting high-quality sun-dried green tea as the base, combined with the fresh jasmine flowers in summer, the flowers do not overshadow the tea fragrance, and the tea does not hide the floral charm. The two blend seamlessly, complementing each other perfectly.
Classic Sensory Experience: The tea soup is clear and bright, with a fresh and long-lasting aroma, a harmonious and sweet taste, and a lingering fragrance on the lips and teeth. It is the benchmark flavor of traditional jasmine tea.
Flavor Evaluation
Dried Tea: The tea strands are tightly and evenly formed, with fine white hairs visible. The color is green and lustrous, with a few white jasmine petals scattered here and there, presenting a refined and elegant appearance.
Aroma: Upon opening the bag, a fresh and lively jasmine fragrance is immediately detected. After brewing, the floral aroma is prominent and long-lasting. The green tea aroma serves as the backdrop, with pure and undisturbed fragrance, refreshing and pleasant to the senses.
Tea Color: The tea soup is yellow-green and bright, clear and transparent, with a warm and lustrous sheen.
Taste: Upon taking a sip, it is smooth and refreshing. The jasmine fragrance gently blooms in the mouth. The green tea has a quick aftertaste of sweetness. The combination of floral fragrance and tea flavor progresses seamlessly, creating a harmonious and full taste. After drinking, the throat has a sweet and refreshing aftertaste.
Leaf Base: The buds and leaves are soft and evenly bright, green and fresh, with the floral fragrance still present.
Brewing Suggestions
Equipment: We recommend a white porcelain covered bowl or a glass cup for easy smelling, viewing the shape, and appreciating the tea soup.
Water Temperature: Around 85℃ is ideal. Avoid scalding the tea leaves with high temperature and affecting the freshness and vitality.
Tea-to-Water Ratio: It is recommended to use a ratio of 1:50 (for example, 3g of tea with 150ml of water). You can adjust according to your personal preference.
Brewing: There is no need to rinse the tea leaves. Pour in water and let it steep for about 1-2 minutes before drinking. You can refill the water 3-4 times. Each infusion will gradually reveal the aroma and flavor layers.
Tips: Cold brewing is also possible. Place it in room temperature water and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. The flavor will be sweet, fresh and refreshing, especially suitable for summer.
Rare Attributes
The brewing process of jasmine tea is extremely complex and meticulous. It requires production during the peak blooming season of jasmine flowers in summer, involving multiple stages such as flower infusion, flower ventilation, flower removal, and drying. This process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and only then can the classic flavor of "fresh, lively, mellow, and refreshing" be achieved. Each batch of tea embodies the precise grasp of the tea makers of the season, temperature, and techniques, and is a crystallization of traditional wisdom that combines the natural blooming period with human craftsmanship.
